Application
The Sn-Zn-Bi solder bar, a kind of lead free alloy solder, can be applied in high-precision LED products. It is also adaptable to the soldering of heat-sensitive components of electronic products, as well as the soldering of both thermal overload protector and safety components.
Features
1. Sn89ZnBi3 solder bar has good fluidity and perfect welding performance.
2. The melting point is comparatively low. Solidus and liquidus melting point is 190℃ and 196℃ respectively.
3. This lead-free alloy solder comes with excellent mechanical property and favorable thermal fatigue resistance.
