Tin Coating Soldering Flux
Introduction
The tin coating soldering flux is a kind of rosin non-halogen product made with advance manufacturing technology and quality chemical raw materials. It can be classified into LC-700 and LC-808. The former has 2.3% solid content while the latter 3.6%. Unlike LC-700, LC-808 has no halogen. However, they share the same diffusion rate (more than 85%) and boiling point (85℃). At present, it is suitable for the soldering of dual-panel, multi-layer circuit and PCB board in electronics, computers, telecommunication, household appliance, and so on.
Characteristics
1.The soldering flux specially used for tin coating has little smell, less residues, high resistance and moderate fluidity.
2. It does little harm to working environment and complies with REACH requirements.
3. The tin coating speed is fast.
4. The product is clean-free and is of high impedance and excellent mechanical performance.
5. Both LC-700 and LC-808 have passed copper mirror test and their welding spot chroma is bright.
