Advantages

Although Sn_99.3Cu_0.7 Pb-free solder wires are not good as Sn₃₇Pb in wettability and soldering point quality, we have made effort to make up these defects through adding trace metal elements into the solders.

1. It can refine solder grains and prevent surface Cu₆Sn₅ from come into being. In this way, the solder fluidity is increased while the cracks are decreased, which makes soldering point smoother.

2. A stable alloy surface comes into being to prevent corrosion of copper.

3. Our Sn_99.3Cu_0.7 Pb-free solder wires are featured by good ductility, so the internal stress because of thermal expansion is alleviated.

4. Strong anti-oxidization can decrease the quantity of solder spatters.
